Background: Steven Rogers was born a rather frail boy and continued to be frail as he grew up. All he ever wanted to do was be in the army, but his physicals always made them turn him away...until he was thrown a bone. He went into the 'Super Soldier' program and after being given the Super Soldier Serum, he became the first and only super soldier, then in a heroic moment, lost his life in the glacier caps.
After waking up about 70 years later, the world had changed and Steve realized that he had to adjust. He had already taken the mantle, 'Captain America' and took it back up when he realized that the world needed his help and that there were bigger and badder things in the world now. He is a man of principle and duty and he would do anything to prove to the world that you can do something the right way and still get the job done.
