That is a motto that most women should stand by. Never pretend that you don't need help, but also know that you can get out of a situation just fine by yourself sometimes too and you shouldn't always let men save you. Women are perfectly capable of taking care of themselves and their offspring and they don't need knights on white horses to save them.
